After the upgraded to Windows 10 1709, the OS would hang/freeze out of the blue, while running a virus scan, or just transferring a large amount of data from 1 internal hard drive to the other. And that has been the state of operations ever since. If I just leave it on, it seems to stays up.
Every time I use Skype my outgoing audio is cut off after a few minutes of talking. I can still here the person I am calling but they cannot here me. I am using a Laptop windows 10. Any thoughts. John

Edit: after some further checking, it seems like these are being re-retrieved from somewhere, creating duplicate copies if one doesn't already exist in the inbox.
