Gulf War Movies

I have been looking at used Gulf coast boats for a while now and have heard everything from great ride , to rough as heck. The console being as foreward as it is makes me wonder. I would like to hear what the owners and frequent passengers have to say about these boats (probably the 20' LS)...

the gulf coast is made for extreme shallow water and back lakes, doesn't handle the chop as well. I don't have any personal experience with the shallow sport but I think you might have got backwards on the GC. Mine goes pretty shallow but considering what's out there by no means "extreme" shallow.

I called Gulf Coast trolling motors at FTU and was informed by the guy working their at the time that it should be an easy fix and to bring it in. I dropped it off a few days ago and this young guy tells me that 90% of the time it's the board in the head of the trolling motor that cost $150 to replace.
